Wetland Mitigation Analysis & Development - Permitting of wetland impact typically requires mitigating the loss of the wetland through creation, enhancement, restoration, or preservation of wetlands. Mitigation Banks are also available in many areas which reduce long term risk to the client, but are not necessarily the best solution for a particular project. Through years of experience, AES understands the importance of working with the client to develop the best mitigation alternative to fit the schedule, budget, and future needs of the project prior to making commitments to agencies. AES also will participate in implementation of the plan.

Land Management Design and Planning - This service is important to land owners, governments, and developers with lands dedicated to preservation. The land management plan is developed after conducting an ecological assessment of the property, tailoring the report to the needs of the owner or developer. The plan can be simple to maintain the existing conditions, or can include restoration measures such as nuisance species removal, introduction of fire, or mechanical treatment. Properly planned land management is an important element of mitigation planning as well.
